     Combustion of solid particles from the two aspects of "safety of industries related metal particles" and "optimization of combustion in solid fuels engines " is important. At this article the effect of strain rate on the counterflow premixed flame of aluminum particles is studied. Energy equations for counterflow combustion of metal particles derived and analytically solved. Curve of flame location, flame thickness and combustion temperature to strain rate for deferent particles diameters is presented. As a result of this study found that with increasing strain rate and decreasing particles diameters, the flame thickness is decreased. Also found that the flame location with decreasing the strain rate and the particles diameters moves away from the center symmetry and combustion temperature increasing when strain rate decreased. The results of this study is well adapted to experimental work and the aluminum particles combustion governing physics.
