In this paper, the penetration process of the follow warhead in anti structure tandem projectiles is investigated by numerical and experimental methods. These projectiles are usually shaped charge or EFP. In the follow projectile, geometry and material are considered as the two main parameters. Numerical modeling of the problem has been performed in AUTODYN code. The numerical results have been compared with the experimental ones and show good agreement with experimental tests. The results indicate that the use of shaped charge with aluminum liner has higher penetration and destruction to concrete target than EFP with copper and aluminum liner and shaped charge with copper liner, thus shaped charge follow projectile with aluminum liner is a best choice for use in anti structure tandem warhead.
