Abstract:   (557 Views)
In this research, the effect of dual curing agent TDI:DDI with different ratios on properties such as mechanical strength, elongation percentage, elastic modulus, hardness, burning speed at different pressures, pressure control view (n) has been investigated. Dimeryl diisocyanate (DDI) is a diisocyanate with a long carbon chain, high molecular weight, low toxicity and low reaction rate, which reduces the activity of N=C=O groups in the molecule structure. To comprehensively investigate the effect of TDI:DDI dual curing agent amount, five 1912 propellant formulations were produced with the same loading and R value. From the analysis and examination of the tensile strength results on the seventh day, it can be seen that with the increase of the DDI ratio in the propellant formulation, the tensile strength value decreases and by ignoring the modulus value of the propellant based on 100% of the DDI curing agent that the modulus value is equal to the ratio The curing factor is TDI:DDI = 80:20, it can be said that with the increase of the TDI ratio in the engine formulation, the modulus values have increased regularly over time. Finally, by increasing the amount of DDI curing agent in the propellant formulation, the burning rate will decrease. Comparison of the pressure control view (n) of the propellents with different ratios of the dual curing agent TDI:DDI with which including single curing agent TDI, show that by increasing the value of DDI in the formulation of the value of the pressure view (n) will decrease.
