Reproducibility and Dispersion are important components in the analysis, simulation and design of the interior ballistic cycle of artillery weapons. In the current research work, the method and extent of influence of the ballistic parameters of the propellant on the maximum pressure of the combustion chamber, the muzzle velocity and as a result the piezometric efficiency as the main criterion for checking the repeatability of firing for different caliber weapons have been investigated. Due to the fact that the large number of parameters involved in the weapon's performance and their interaction makes it difficult to check its performance due to various factors, therefore, by using the Design Expert software, design experiments were carried out for three weapons with different calibers and precision of the obtained models have been checked with different methods. The results show that the burnout rate index (%29.79), propellant mass (%13.61), outer diameter of the grain (%13.22), burnout rate coefficient (%9.21) and specific heat ratio (9.15) had the high effect, while adiabatic flame temperature (%0.19) and grain length (%0.76) the had low effect on the result and other parameters such as, specific force(%7.44), density(%4.19), diameter of grain perforations(%3.24) and co-volume(%2.47) have a medium effect.
